Happy Birthday Black Rock! The Black Rock Community Council will be holding numerous events throughout 2019 to celebrate Black Rock’s 375th anniversary. Settled in 1644, Black Rock has a rich maritime history that made important contributions to colonial New England, the Revolutionary War, and the growth of Bridgeport. Black Rock 375 will pay tribute to some of the people, places, and events that helped form the community today. Follow Black Rock 375 on Facebook for the latest news.
